Olympics

So the Winter Olympics have been going on for over a week and will be coming to an end soon. I am just curious to see if anyone has been following the events......? I have been trying to keep up with most of them. I am interested in Curling, Snow boarding, Hockey, Figure skating, and speed skating. The US women's hockey teams verses Canada on Thursday! GO USA....

    I lovee watching the figure skating but I have no idea how the judges score and I usually disagree with them. I feel like they score thm on whoever they likes best rather then on their performance.

    I have been trying to follow some of the events, but it's been mostly in the background while I study and I lift up my head when I hear there's an event of interest like the ski jumps or figure skating. I loooove figure skating like Meredith, but haven't been able to concentrate as much as in years past. I think the figure skaters are pretty easy to judge, but I am an oldster who's been watching them for years.... the judges are very very picky on tiny mistakes.

    I honestly didn't know there were an many Winter Olympic sports as you named :/ I have always loved figure skating though!

    To be honest I have not watched the Olympics that much. I may watch the USA vs. Canada hockey game today to decide the gold medal. It should be a good one.
