Wed = 1 day late

So this blog was due yesterday, but of course I am not into the swing of this second semester/this class. (I'm working on it!!) But besides that I want to vent a little about soccer! We had our first practice on Monday and it went well. We did ladders to improve our agility & strength. After 3o minutes of ladders we headed to the weight room. Michelle is my lifting partner and we were (trying) to pump all the iron. I left that practice feeling good until, I woke up yesterday morning. My arms felt paralyzed/very sore from all the lifts we did & my legs were very stiff from doing ladders. I stretched a few time throughout the day to get ready for our game last night (10:30pm) We played our game and won 9-7!!! nice job girls. When the game was over I realized how tired I was going to be the next day. So that brings me to this morning. When I woke up (6:30) I couldn't even move. It took me forever ever to get out of bed. Every part of my body aches. From my neck down to my toes. I knew soccer was going to be hard at first, but I wasn't ready for it. Just shows that I am going to have to work twice as hard over the summer to help the Cougs be successful in 2010!
